The semi-hollowbody 330, one of Rickenbacker’s most popular models, burst onto the scene in the 1950s, bringing with it a jangly tone that helped define pop music for a decade. The Beatles, like most Rickenbackers, boosted the 330’s appeal (albeit George’s most renowned Rickenbacker was actually a 360-12).

The 330 is still in production and is considered the maker’s most popular guitar. Rickenbacker released a Walnut version of the 330 (along with several other models) in 2014, featuring a Walnut body with a Maple neck and fingerboard.

Rickenbacker 330W Walnut

The Rickenbacker 330W Walnut Series is a natural spin on a classic, bringing the same full, rich, and warm tone that has made 330s popular since the 1960s. The distinctive design has been reinforced with walnut’s inherent character and polished with an oil finish.

A traditional-shaped sound hole complements two single-coil pickups on a full-size body. The 24-fret maple fingerboard is adorned with dot inlay fret marks, and full double cutaways allow access to all frets.

A blend control adds a touch of magic to the mix by allowing you to tune in exactly the appropriate amount of neck pickup signal. The standard output is monaural and is routed through a single jack plate. Our SKU#J06713 is also available with twelve strings. Case is included.
