Traditional Design

The Cordoba C7 is built with quality materials. The C7 is a traditional handmade classical guitar with a solid Canadian red cedar top (the preferred top wood for classical guitars) and Spanish-style fan bracing.

Fan bracing is preferred over lattice bracing for classical guitars because it allows the top of the guitar to vibrate more freely while still producing an accurately balanced tone.

Quality Tonewoods

While the Cordoba C7 is reasonably priced, Cordoba did not skimp on excellent materials. The Indian rosewood back and sides provide a strong tonal foundation for the solid cedar top, providing the ideal blend of warmth and brightness.
